What Locals Say

We hosted my Mom's 80th birthday here at lunch on a Monday. It was fantastic! The food was excellent, service wonderful and prices reasonable. We had 21 people and WHP handled it beautifully. I don't live on Orcas, but my mom does and they accommodated us beautifully.

Omg!! The best food and the service was so homey and friendly! Like I'd been going there for years and it was my first time. What a beautiful experience

Neat little Irish pub in the middle of the Salish Sea. We got the poutine, which was delicious. I had the Reuben and my wife had fish and chips. They gave us a ton of food. The fries were thin cut and crispy and well seasoned. The Reuben was savory with delicious sauerkraut. And the prices weren't bad for the area. About 20$ a meal. The view of the bay was gorgeous and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Such a fun place with good food! We got the calamari, I got the crab melt, clam chowder and husband got the chicken pot pie. All the food was very delicious! I really loved the calamari! My husband also got the cream soda and loved it! Our server was super friendly - he called everyone “friend” and answered my silly questions about whales. It was a great experience and we even saw a sea lion! This place also accommodates larger groups! There was a group of 12 also in the restaurant. Not too loud!!

Irish pub style restaurant / bar on waterfront with view of bay. Warm atmosphere and decent eats. I had Irish stew QVC the wife had shepherds pie. Both were very good except the pie was not hot enough for her. Service was fast and friendly just the way we like it. Worth revisiting.

Service was great. Food was average at best. Same with atmosphere. View is insane. Can't believe how beautiful it is here.

Not sure how this is a 4.2 star. This was a legitimate 5 star experience for my wife and I. The view is incredible and the food we had was AMAZING. Got the potato skins, shepherds pie, and Rueben and all 3 were amazing. We were only here for 3 nights and ended up going back a 2nd time. Service was friendly and great as well!

Had dinner here on Valentines Day and it was phenomenal! Everyone from the hostess to the bartender and waitress were excellent! Food was unreal. We ordered several items- the Shepard’s pie, the poutine, the Irish potato skins, and the Irish spring rolls. All were AMAZING! Our favorites in order: Irish spring roll, poutine, potato skin, Shepard’s pie. But all were insanity delicious!!
